Civil Celebrant Services
Our comprehensive civil celebrant services include:
- Contact us to check the availability of our civil celebrant on your wedding date. Let us know the time and venue.
- Schedule a pre-wedding consultation with our lawyer to witness the Notice of Intended Marriage signing.
- Find two witnesses over 18 to sign the marriage certificate.
- On your special day, our lawyer will guide you through the signing of the marriage certificate.

Wedding Ceremony Locations
We offer a standardized fee for most wedding venues, including restaurants, hotels, and churches (except licensed places of worship).
WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED IN THE SERVICE?
If the couple has been married before, they may need to produce a decree absolute for divorce granted by the Family Court or other certificates from the relevant authority. These documents need to be applied for separately by the clients and are not included in the legal fee of HKD 2688.
Wedding Ceremony Rundown
On your wedding day, our ceremony will include:
1. Introduction of the bride and groom (and acknowledgement to guests)
2. Exchange of love vows
3. Exchange of wedding rings
4. Veil lifting (optional)
5. Signing of marriage certificate by the couple and witnesses
6. Congratulations and blessings from the civil celebrant
Note: The above ceremony rundown can be adjusted according to your needs and preferences.
Complimentary Use of Signing Accessories
We are delighted to offer complimentary borrowing of feather pens, a gold signature board and vow cards (considering the on-site circumstances).
As a special gift, we provide a complimentary official marriage certificate holder from the HKSAR Government to cherish your precious moment.
